The Estates development has historically been organized around approximately 80 residential and mixed-use lots, with individual home designs and lot locations varying across the property. Rather than purchasing a standard garage condo, buyers may find finished residences or home sites suitable for a custom trackside retreat.
A Spring Mountain real-estate update in April 2025 advertised four modern homes and seven lots at that time. The homes included examples with garages accommodating four to ten vehicles, and several offered trackside views. That was a dated sales snapshot, not a statement about inventory available today; interested buyers should verify current listings and ownership terms directly.
For a collector, the appeal is easy to understand. A garage can become a personal automotive gallery, with space for a Porsche, Ferrari, vintage racer or weekend track car. Nearby living and entertaining areas make it possible to invite guests without separating the automotive collection from the rest of the experience.

Its hospitality website also highlights larger group accommodations, including House 277, while describing a proposed 125-room hotel and casino as a future development—not a completed property.

In October 2026, the club announced an expansion of its secure, climate-controlled community vehicle storage near its sports-car service shops. The offering was promoted as an option for members who do not have a private garage but want convenient access to their vehicles during driving weekends.

Spring Mountain’s 2026 newsletters describe club dinners, outings, competitions and events that bring together members and their families—not just the people behind the wheel.
In its October 2026 newsletter, Spring Mountain spotlighted longtime members Mark and Jen Rohrwasser, whose 13-year connection to the club illustrates a larger point: the friendships and shared experiences can be as important as lap times.
The club is also upgrading how members schedule visits, reserve accommodations and RSVP to social events through a new digital calendar and member app announced in October 2026.
New Resort Amenities and Future Development
Spring Mountain continues to invest in making the property feel like a complete destination. Alongside the completed lakeside casitas and improved gathering areas, the club has announced The Commons, a proposed 7,500-square-foot restaurant and social venue above the lake pavilion.
The developer’s late-2025 updates targeted mid-2027 for completion of The Commons, with plans for both club members and driving-school students to use it. Once the new venue opens, the resort has said its existing clubhouse is expected to become members-only. These are plans and projected dates rather than completed milestones.
Work has also been announced for member services, the welcome center, additional workshop space and vehicle-storage options. Together, these improvements reinforce Spring Mountain’s evolution from a destination for occasional driving lessons into a place where collectors can spend extended time—and in some cases own a home.
World-Class Racing Is Still Just Outside the Door
Of course, the setting wouldn’t be Spring Mountain without its circuit. The resort currently advertises more than nine miles of track and over 70 configurations, along with extensive member driving opportunities. The Ron Fellows Performance Driving School, Cadillac V-Performance Academy, Radical programs and race weekends bring serious motorsport energy to the property.
