MOTORSPORTS TRACK SPECIFICATIONS
Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club is a race track located in Pahrump, Nevada. Currently owned by John Morris and Brad Rambo, the track hosts various driving schools and track rentals and is home to a private motorsports country club.
The race track at Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club is a fantastic combination of fast sweeping corners, quick esses, off-camber turns, over 125 ft of elevation change, and 4 high-speed straights, including our newest half-mile straight. The race track is comprised of over 6 miles of road course with more than 50 available configurations.
The track length consists of various configurations, the longest being 6.1 miles, the longest road course in North America. The most common configurations range from 1.5 miles to 2.4 miles for the driving schools, with other custom configurations for members and track rentals. (Source: Wikipedia)

CLUB SPRING MOUNTAIN ON-SITE CAR CONDOS
Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club is pleased to offer on-site accommodations. Each private luxury loft-style car condominium comes with a flat-screen TV, wireless Internet access, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Some buildings include a kitchenette, refrigerator, stovetops, and more.
Spring Mountain Estates offers private luxury trackside living that includes a clubhouse with an outdoor patio, fire pits, a pool area, and a workout facility. Members enjoy racing, relaxing, camaraderie, and cocktails with friends and family.

In addition to nightly rentals, we offer our club members the option to lease select car condos on a full- or short-term basis. All car condos are completely furnished and ready to move in (decorations and all).

2022 SPRING MOUNTAIN MOTORSPORTS CLUB DEVELOPMENT UPDATES
Eight new construction projects that are either in the planning stages or underway include:
- A new dedicated 12,000 sq. ft. storage building for Corvettes
- A new renovation of our original racing white tents from 2004
- An extension to the Welcome Center & Pro Shop at the entrance.
- A multi-room expansion of the kart building
- Administration and accounting building expansion
- Showroom eight-room expansion
- Refurbishing the exterior of the Trackside Car Condominiums.
The new car garage building is close to completion and will be ready for occupancy in a few weeks. Additional projects include the Race Track Control building, which is in architectural review with new renderings expected soon.
Three new private homes are currently being added to the current 80 homes that are on the property.
