1. A Hidden Ferrari in the Heart of Detroit
As a GM employee, owning a Ferrari SF90 Stradale wasn’t something I could openly share. At work, it’s all about domestic cars, and owning a foreign car, especially a Ferrari is frowned upon.
I needed a place to park my Bright Yellow SF90 without attracting attention. After talking with some of my friends, they told me about a new car condo club community called the M1 Concourse — and is has a race track. All together, the complex includes over 300 luxury garages and, to my surprise, a professional racetrack.
The condo was perfect—not only could I keep my Ferrari hidden, but I also had the freedom to drive it at full speed on the track. Customizing my condo to reflect my style was an exciting part of the journey, from the sleek garage design to the ultimate display for my Ferrari.
What I didn’t expect was finding out that many of my co-workers also had car condos at the same place! — P.D.
2. A Celebration of Muscle Car History
I’ve been collecting classic muscle cars for years, and my home garage could no longer do them justice. I decided to invest in a car condo where I could finally display my collection properly.
I custom-designed the space with a mezzanine for a workshop and racing simulators, and themed it around 1960s muscle car memorabilia. It became a true reflection of my love for classic American cars. Now, it’s the place where I bring my kids to teach them about the golden age of cars while they enjoy the simulators.
We’ve spent countless weekends here, bonding over our shared love for cars. It’s not just a garage—it’s a place where the past comes alive, and I can share my passion with the next generation. — D. Simmons
3. The Duesenberg and Hollywood Glamour
I recently bought my dream car, a 1935 Duesenberg Model JN, which was once owned by none other than Clark Gable. There was no way I was going to park this historic car in my regular garage, so I invested in a 3,000-square-foot car condo to give it the proper home it deserved.
My kids were just as excited as I was—they insisted we theme the space with Hollywood memorabilia and photos of Clark Gable in the car. We even threw a party to celebrate, turning the condo into a mini Hollywood Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.
Now, this custom-designed car condo has become a playground for both me and my kids. While they enjoy our F1 racing simulators or the huge big screen TV, I spend my time polishing my “Duesie” in what I consider my private car sanctuary.
“It’s a space where I can escape, unwind, and indulge in my love for both cars and Hollywood history.” –JB
4. Ferrari on Display
After purchasing my Ferrari SF90 Spider from a Mecum auction, I knew this car needed its own stage. I bought a 1,500-square-foot car condo and had a custom turntable installed to display it. Every time I walk in, the Ferrari is front and center, showcased just the way I dreamed it would be.
I also added a second-floor mezzanine where I host simulator races with friends and family. My kids love the space just as much as I do, and it’s become a family hangout spot. This luxury car condo is more than just a garage—it’s a statement, a place where my Ferrari shines and where we all get to share in the fun.

When I bought my 2020 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, I knew I needed a space that matched its power and beauty. My home garage simply wasn’t going to cut it. So, I purchased a car condo to give it the showcase it deserved.
I custom-designed the space to feel like a showroom, with premium lighting, modern décor, and enough room for my growing collection. It quickly became a place where I host after-hours parties with friends, and my Lambo is always the star of the night.

I’m a car collector with a passion for unique and iconic cars, which is why I was thrilled to buy the 1969 Dodge Charger “Joe Dirt Daytona” Movie Car at Barrett-Jackson.
“I wanted a space where I could showcase this piece of movie history without bringing everyone to my house.”
So, I purchased a car condo and transformed it into a museum-like space. I filled the condo with car memorabilia and created a mini theater to showcase the car’s history in the movie.
