APEX Motor Car Club has chosen Phoenix, one of the six largest cities in America, to build our unique, luxury race track designed by Motorsports Services International.
Apex Car Club Racing Pit Crew
APEX has integrated a total of 22 turns. These include both hairpins and chicanes, which occur at both increasing and decreasing radiuses.
In addition, we’ve gone the ‘extra mile’ by paving some key runoff areas for safer and better racing.
The track construction is a 40-foot wide racing surface. It features the latest in paving techniques and composition, which are on par with some of the world’s best racing circuits.

The APEX Motor Car Club Storage Garages are designed to be multi-configurable.
- They measure 25×50 feet for the total square footage of 1,250.
- If a member needs more space, they will have the ability to purchase more than one garage to join them together for a larger footprint.
- The car storage garages begin as a grey shell. They include mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and half-bath.
- We provide an array of options for customization to make your Garage YOURS!
