1Austin’s Circuit of the Americas (COTA) will be breaking ground on a 340,000 sq. ft. car condo luxury development in the next 60 days that will add 178 luxury car condo’s to the the COTA race track.
The new car condo, called the “T11 Car Condo’s” development, will become a world-class destination for car collectors, motorsports racing, and car-themed entertainment. The T-11 campus is member based and will feature a giant 7,000-square foot clubhouse, a luxury pool, members club room, conference rooms, outdoor shopping plaza, outdoor lounge, grills showers and racetrack views.
All members will have full access to a clubhouse all the amenities, dedicated race track time, and 20% off all COTA events (including track time). Prices for membership is still to be determined.
The T11 Car Condos development company has just released new rendering of the club and a video outlining amenities.
The car condos are are offered in as singe level or multi level units with custom built-outs and mezzanines. the car condo’s are offered in five different square foot sizes including 1,500, 2,250, 3,000, 4,500, and 6,000. Below is site plan of the prospective units.
The car garages and car condo’s are conveniently located off turn 11 of the “Circuit of the Americas” race track. All memeber will have private race track viewing from a platform overlooking the racetrack.
COTA said the new facility will break ground in 60 days and offered a sneak peek video Wednesday with a rendering that pictured a luxury car as it gently glided through the utopian scene. The rendering pictured a large clubhouse and pool as well as large multilevel garage “condos” complete with furniture and lounging space.
