The 2nd Annual Delray Concours d’Elegance will host a classic car show packed with over $70 million worth of highly collectible, rare, and vintage vehicles on the lawns of the Historic Old School Square Campus in Downtown Delray, Florida, on June 17, 2023.

The Father’s Day weekend event will include a VIP Kickoff Party, a Concours d’Elegance Car Show, a Post-VIP Private & Roundup, Local Celebrities, and an Award Ceremony for cars that are Best-in-Class.

This year’s Concours will feature over 125 historically significant cars and attract over 1,000 car-crazed collectors and car enthusiasts. The car show will proudly present a carefully curated selection of car classes including exotic supercars, muscle cars, antique cars, vintage cars, race cars, luxury cars, and more…

The Father’s Day Weekend event starts with a VIP kick-off party on Friday, June 16th from 6 pm to  9 pm, followed by a Concours d’Elegance car show on Saturday, June 17th, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and concludes with a private VIP post-party where registered guests get the chance to view a private collection of cars and rub shoulders with other car collectors.

Above left is a limited edition 1974 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS which was Enzo Ferrais’s first V6 mid-engine ever produced. It will be on display with a one-of-a-kind Alfa Romeo 1900 C52 “Disco Volante” prototype Mille Miglia race car. The Alfa is only 1 of 7 to ever be produced.


Some of the most significant rare cars on the field that you will not want to miss include a rare 1974 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS, a one-of-a-kind Alfa Romeo 1900 C52 “Disco Volante” prototype (only 1 of 7 produced), a vintage two-seat 1950 Healey Silverstone, and a highly collectible and luxurious 1961 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II.

Other don’t-miss significant sports cars include a 1957 Corvette C1, an original 1960 Mercedes 300SL, a 1976 Porsche 911 S Targa – nicknamed “Sweet Pea” for its original green color, and an off-road 1962 Austin Gipsy Jeep.

Celebrity “ELO” will be making a showing from Miami and serving as an Honorary Chair. Elo is a London-born classic car art visionary who resides in Miami, Florida, and is the founder of  Miami Supercar Rooms

Beyond that, ELO is a 30-year avid car collector and has been on such well-known TV shows as ‘Modern Wheels or Classic Steals’ on DAVE TV and ‘Ultimate Wheels’ on the HISTORY channel UK and ‘Slips’ on MTV. Elo is well known as a leader in the automotive arts and appreciates the classic car scene.

On the left is Miami celebrity “Elo” who will be serving as honorary chair, and Ira Shapiro, who will be serving as Chief Judge and is a longtime car show veteran.

Another well-known automotive leader and car collector is this year’s Chief Judge, Ira Shapiro. Ira will act as a chief judge this year, leading the award ceremonies. Ira has vast experience in car shows, as he has co-chaired more than 70 car events over his career, including two Antique Automobile Club of America National Meets, the Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance, and as Chief Judge at the Festival of Speed and Hersey Concours.

Additional judges include Randy Cox (former Ford Motors designer), Ruben Verdes (former president of the Rolls-Royce Owners Association), Steve Ahlgrim (board member of the IAC/PFA, a Ferrari judging council), and Paul Hughes of Ph.D. Designs.

The above judges will the presenting multiple awards for vehicles in each class that represent the best-of-the-best Exterior, Interior, Engine Bay, and overall aesthetic presentation.

Saturday’s Delray Concours d’Elegance and car show on June 17th is FREE to the public.

There will be plenty of vendors, restaurants, and shops selling food, snacks, and refreshments throughout the show.

The Delray Concours is put on by the Delray Concours Foundation and all proceeds will directly benefit the Delray Citizens for Delray Police, the Delray Fire Benevolent Fund, the Delray Community Classroom Project, and the Palm Beach County Miracle League.
