The Celebration Exotic Car Show Will Host A Four-Day Car Festival Featuring Over 300 Exotic, Race, And Hollywood Cars

The “Celebration Exotic Car Festival” is one of Florida’s largest car-themed events and may just be North America’s largest car show to feature exotic cars, race cars, Hollywood movie cars, iconic actors, Hollywood celebrities, and athletes.

The car festival takes place over four days, with the main event featuring over 300 famous and historically significant cars on the waterfront boardwalk in Celebration, Florida, on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

The four days of events include a street party at Universal Studios City Walk that includes DJs and entertainers, a waterfront car show featuring over 300 rare collectible cars that attract over 40,000 car-crazed enthusiasts, a police-escorted exotic car rally through the open roads of Central Florida, and an opportunity to race your favorite exotic race at the world-famous new Daytona International Speedway.

The four-day waterfront "Celebration Car Show & Festival" will play host to over 20 Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes, as well as over 300 famous movie cars, exotic cars, race cars, and older vintage classic cars.

Friday, March 31
Friday opens the festival with a celebrity-induced street party at Universal Studios City Walk. The day includes music, dancing, dining, and live entertainment, as well as a VIP gourmet dinner with open-bar karaoke opportunities and a dueling piano bar contest. Saturday, April 1
The Saturday car show is the main attraction of the weekend and takes place in the waterfront park of Celebration, Florida. The car show attracts over 25,000 car enthusiasts to gaze at the more than 300 rare cars. Car classes featured at the show include brand-new exotic cars, track-ridden race cars, vintage older collectible cars, and famous Hollywood and TV show cars.

Some of the exotic cars on display will be from such famous marques as Ferrari, Bugatti, Lamborghini, McLaren, Maserati, Pantera, Pagani, Lotus, Aston Martin, and DeLorean, just to name a few. Beyond exotic cars, the main attraction of the show will be an awesome display of Hollywood and TV cars that were featured in films and TV shows.

Three famous cars featured in Hollywood films

Over 40 Hollywood cars will be on display, such as the above 1961 Ferrari 250 GT car driven by Matthew Broderick in the movie “‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”, Dr. Emmett Brown’s flux capacitor-powered 1982 De Lorean DMC-12 from the movie “Back to the Future”, and Fonzy’s yellow Hot Rod 1929 Ford Model A from the TV series “Happy Days”.

This year’s juggernaut Hollywood Movie cars on display will be the Lamborghini car from Cannonball Run, the De Lorean car from Back to the Future, another Lamborghini for Dumb & Dumber, and the original 1961 Ferrari GT car for “‘Ferris Bueller Day Off”.

Even more, famous TV cars on display will be the flame-ridden yellow 1929 Ford Model A driven by The Fonz in Happy Days, General Lee, a 1969 Dodge Charger from Dukes of Hazzard, and the eye-wandering modified 1986 Pontiac Firebird from David Hasselhoff’s Knight Rider. have been featured in famous movies and TV shows. Saturday starts winding down at 3 p.m. when the car owners will drive their cars across the red carpet to receive their awards.

Sunday, April 2
Sunday features an exciting full day of Car Rally Activities, including a breakfast meetup, a drive through the Florida countryside, a gourmet luncheon, and rally awards. The rally starts with a 9:30 a.m. registration and Continental Breakfast at the Celebration Bohemian Hotel. After a hardy breakfast, drivers will join a police-escorted drive through the winding roads around Celebration, Florida, Orlando, Florida, and Central, (For more information about the Car Rally click here)

Monday, April 3, and Tuesday, April 4, 2023
On Monday, car owners are offered the opportunity to go full bore with their favorite exotic car at the world-famous Daytona International Speedway. The race track and road course will offer professional racing instructors to all drivers that want to race their favorite exotic car, competition race car, or performance sports car.

The track will be open 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, costing $1199 per car driver. Admission for spectators is only $20 and offers access to the private paddock and garages. Tickets are offered online or at the gate, located at Gate 40 off Williamson Blvd (Google map to the Daytona International Speedway 1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach).

Lastly, car-loving celebrities will be mingling throughout all the events on all event days. Celebrities include such famous Hollywood stars as comedian Joe Piscopo, actor Daniel Baldwin, “Happy Days” star Donny Most (who played Ralph), and actor Christopher McDonald, best known for his role in the movie “Happy Gilmore”.

Additional celebrities include sports stars such as NFL Hall of Fame star Jim Kelly, Dallas Cowboys NFL champion Ed “Too Tall” Jones, and Chicago Bears Past Quarterback Jim McMahon.
