PALM BEACH, FL. ‒ FEB 13, 2023 – Barrett-Jackson, known as “The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions”, will return to the Sunshine State for Jacksons’ annual West Palm Beach Auction at the South Florida Fairgrounds on April 13 – 15, 2023.
This year, Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach will be broadcasting LIVE over the FYI and/or HISTORY networks. The Broadcast dates are on Thursday, April 13th, Friday, April 14th, and Friday, April 14th, 2023. We have listed below all the dates and times for the Steaming Live Broadcast Schedule.
Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach 2022 sold over 600 vehicles, or $59.6 million in sales, and broke ten top-selling price records.
In 2019, Barrett-Jackson sold 632 classic vehicles worth over $30.18 million. Additionally, $550,000 was raised through the sale of three charity vehicles, and a record number of 1,500 bidders attended the auction.
“Our goal in coming to Palm Beach is to build on the momentum that started in the Scottsdale sale, and we delivered that in spades,” said Craig Jackson, Chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “Last year in Palm Beach, Barrett-Jackson sold over 600 vehicles, all with No Reserve, for over $59.6 million in sales. That included almost $3.8 million for charity. Additionally, last year we welcomed Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis, who assisted in raising $1.76 million to support humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine.”
Since 2002, the Barrett-Jackson Auction has been one of the main events for car enthusiasts and celebrities from across the country. In fact, Palm Beach is known for its celebrities and uber-wealthy community. Celebrities known to visit Barrett Jackson auctions include such well-known names as “Rocky” actor Sylvester Stallone, “Captain Kirk,” who also goes by the name William Shatner, 90’s pop singer “Vanilla Ice”, “Below Deck” TV series captain Lee Rosbach, and “Smoky and the Bandit” actor Burt Reynolds.
Barrett-Jackson has also seen the likes of renowned philanthropist, maga-car collector, and Palm Beach resident John Staluppi. John is well known in the Barrett-Jackson community for selling his “Cars of Dreams Collection” car collection of more than 100 cars at a single Barrett-Jackson auction – and then buying up another 100 cars the following year. As a philanthropist, John Staluppi has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars for numerous local and national charities, contributing to the more than $134 million raised for charitable causes. Recently, Barrett-Jackson sold over 1900 collectible cars at the Scottsdale 2023 collector car auction in Arizona to bring in over $184 million in revenue. Four record-setting cars that sold in Scottsdale were a 1989 Ferrari F40 with racing history and a low-mileage 2005 Porsche Carrera GT. Two Ford GTs also sold for one over a million.

Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach announced that American businessman, car collector, and philanthropist George Shinn will auction his expansive collection of cars with “No Reserve.” The George Shinn Car Collection includes more than 30 cars, including originals and Resto-Mods spanning the 1950s to the early ’70s. Additional car categories include hot rods and modern sports cars.
Among others, the George Shinn Car Collection includes the super rare 2009 Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake, a 1958 Chevrolet Corvette 283/250 convertible, a 1957 Ford Fairlane Sunliner convertible, a 1960 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible, and a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette custom coupe.
This 2009 Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake from the George Shinn Car Collection will benefit Samaritan’s, Charitable Purse.
