The M1 Motorsports Club was created to provide our members with access to the Champion Motor Speedway and enjoy a wide variety of organized driving races and events in a controlled and safe environment.

Driver Series Events
Hone your high-speed skills and technical abilities at monthly training events and programs. Topics vary and are customized based on driver proficiency and vehicle type. M1 Concourse holds a wide variety of events on the property open to the public, including car shows, track driving events, an annual drag race competition, and more. Additionally, anyone can sign up for the M1 Concourse driving schools.
Motor Sports Club House
The M1 Motorsports Club, accessible only to Private Garage owners, provides access to the track/skid-pad and a variety of social events within the community. Members have their own personal driving coach and are guaranteed 6 hours per week of track access. A fleet of performance vehicles provided by a variety of manufacturers is available for members to enjoy.

The M1 Concourse offers a venue and a vast variety of services for automotive suppliers, distributors, and dealers. The track is the ideal environment for marketing events, training, ride-n-drives, and vehicle deliveries, to name but a few.

The New Event Center Features Include:
On the grounds of an 87-acre facility, our 6,000 square foot multi-purpose event tent has hosted gatherings ranging from 25-500 guests. Our 4-acre arena and skid-pad area is the perfect space for auto-cross racing, concerts, drive-in movies, and wet-weather tire testing. We also offer fully-finished Private Garages, complete with vehicle display areas, lounges, bathrooms and climate control. From picnics and BBQ’s to elaborate five-course meals with proper glassware, our catering partner is capable, experienced and ready to deliver.
M1 Concourse is located directly on the famed Woodward Avenue, home to the annual Woodward Dream Cruise – the world’s largest single-day automotive event. We enjoy proximity to Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Royal Oak (10 miles), Detroit Metropolitan Airport (35 miles) and Ann Arbor (45 Miles).

Regular Track Access
Club members are guaranteed 6 hours per week of track access, including weekday lunch laps and a weekend block of open track time. Members can book additional track time at a nominal hourly rate whenever the Champion Motor Speedway is not reserved by corporate clients.

M1 Auto Collection Garage Ownership
All Private Garages at M1 Concourse are individually deeded condos. You can use your private garage for car collection storage, entertainment, office space, and more. Owners have 24/7 access through a secure entrance. Similar facilities have proven that these “car condos” are solid investments and there is no restriction on resale in the future.

Private Car Garages range from 507 to 4,800 square feet. All units are engineered steel buildings constructed with the finest materials, including sprinklers, one-hour-rated firewalls, full insulation, and oversized motorized garage doors.
Each unit is individually metered for water, gas, and electric (expandable 100 amp 3-phase circuitry), and is pre-wired for cable television and high-speed internet.

The Champion Motor Speedway winds its way through the M1 Concourse site as though it’s been there for generations. The developers worked closely with renowned track designer Martyn Thake to leverage the site’s unique topography. The track was designed to accommodate a diverse group of users, including M1 club members, driving school participants, and corporate clients. Additionally, the track was carefully positioned to provide direct views from many of the Private Garages.
On June 1, 2016, the Champion Motor Speedway joined a select group of modern and dynamic road courses in America. Designed for a wide spectrum of uses, the 1.5-mile track accommodates the full gamut of vehicles, drivers, and events. As they say, location is everything which is why we built M1 Concourse in a place that’s a magnet for auto enthusiasts the world over. M1 Concourse is parked right on historic Woodward Avenue in a location easily accessible from every Detroit suburb.

Work has begun on the latest $35-million expansion to the private M1 Concourse performance track along Woodward in Pontiac, which will include a restaurant and event space open to the general public.

The two-story, 28,500 square-foot Event Center and restaurant building will be built next to the M1 Concourse’s 1.5-mile track, giving visitors an up-close view of concourse members’ sports cars in action.
The building had a groundbreaking Tuesday and is scheduled for completion in September 2021. It will be located near the intersection of Woodward and South Boulevard.
