Driver Series Events
Hone your high-speed skills and technical abilities at monthly training events and programs. Topics vary and are customized based on driver proficiency and vehicle type. M1 Concourse holds a wide variety of events on the property that are open to the public, including car shows, track driving events, the annual drag race competition, and more. Additionally, anyone can sign up for the M1 Concourse driving schools.
Motor Sports Club House
The M1 Motorsports Club, accessible only to private garage owners, provides exclusive access to the track and skid pad, along with a variety of social events within the community. Members have access to personal driving coaches and are guaranteed six hours per week of track time. A fleet of performance vehicles provided by various manufacturers is also available for members to enjoy.

The 6,000-square-foot multipurpose event tent can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 500 guests, making it suitable for corporate retreats, private celebrations, and large-scale automotive events.
The adjacent 4-acre arena and skid-pad provide an ideal environment for autocross racing, performance testing, demonstrations, concerts, drive-in style entertainment, and wet-weather tire evaluations. Track Access
Club members are guaranteed six hours of track access each week, including weekday “Lunch Laps” and a dedicated block of open track time on weekends. Additional track sessions may be reserved at a preferred members’ rate whenever the M1 Concourse Performance Track is not scheduled for corporate programs or private events.

M1 Auto Collection Garage Ownership
All Private Garages at M1 Concourse are individually deeded condominium units. Owners may use their garages for car collection storage, entertainment, office space, or personal leisure. Each garage includes 24/7 secure access through a private gated entrance. Similar car condo communities have demonstrated strong long-term value appreciation, and there are no restrictions on future resale.

Private Car Garages range from approximately 507 to 4,800 square feet. Each unit is built using engineered steel construction and premium materials, featuring overhead fire sprinklers, one-hour-rated firewalls, full insulation, and oversized motorized garage doors.
Every garage is individually metered for water, gas, and electricity, with expandable 100-amp, 3-phase electrical service available. Units are also pre-wired for cable television and high-speed internet, allowing owners to customize and equip their space as needed.

The circuit was designed in collaboration with renowned track architect Martyn Thake, who strategically leveraged the site’s existing elevation changes and terrain to create a dynamic driving experience.
The track is engineered to serve a wide range of users, including M1 Motorsports Club members, performance driving school participants, and corporate or manufacturer driving events. Its layout was also intentionally positioned to provide direct trackside views from many of the Private Garages, reinforcing the connection between the community and the motorsport environment.

Work has begun on the latest $35 million expansion of the private M1 Concourse performance track along Woodward Avenue in Pontiac, which will include a restaurant and event space open to the general public.
Brand New Restaurant and Event Building and M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan
M1 Concourse has begun construction on a $35 million expansion that will introduce a new two-story, 28,500-square-foot Event Center and restaurant adjacent to the 1.5-mile performance track. Designed to be open to the public, the new building will provide trackside viewing areas where guests can watch members drive their cars in real time.
The Event Center is positioned near the intersection of Woodward Avenue and South Boulevard, reinforcing M1’s presence along Detroit’s most storied automotive corridor. Groundbreaking has taken place, with completion expected in September 2021.
