The Attesa Podium Car Club Breaks Ground On New 445-Acre Complex And FIA Track In Casa Grande, Arizona

The Podium Club is for drivers and riders who want to pursue their passions on a safe, fun, and challenging circuit. The 445-acre complex, located less than an hour from Phoenix and 65 minutes from Tucson, offers trackside garages, meeting space, night sessions, permanent zoning, and Arizona’s most generous noise restrictions.

Phase one of The Podium Club’s development would have a bi-directional, 15-turn, 2.25-mile asphalt road course and leased garages. Subsequent phases will include residential and commercial spaces, an expanded track, and an RV park. It is planned to debut in the late fall of 2021. The multi-configurable track will eventually join another multi-configurable circuit to form a single, 4.45-mile, 32-turn circuit.

Dan Erickson, Managing Member, Attesa, remarked, “It’s fantastic to finally break ground.” “We’re establishing a reasonably priced driving and riding club that offers a secure, top-notch track and services. The Podium Club will allow members to take advantage of a 120 dB sound permit to run quick laps all year long, including at night during summer events. Members can park their automobiles and bicycles here as well. Every day, we’ll make our members happy they joined.

The track was designed to be safe at buildout and to comply with FIA and FIM safety regulations for automobiles and motorcycles.

The track’s features include a wide front straight, a distinctive set of esses, challenging elevation changes, and huge runoff areas with large gravel traps. It was designed by Arizona’s Rose Design and engineered by the UK’s Apex Circuit Design.

For maximum vehicle and rider safety, the bi-directional, multi-configurable track will substitute energy-absorbing tire barriers and other protection devices for exposed metal guardrails.

The Podium Club at Attesa is located at 6870 S. Bianco Road, Casa Grande, AZ 85193. It is about 8 miles from the Interstate 10 intersection and half a mile south of Interstate 8. Visit podiumclub.com or call 602-707-7222 for additional information.
