Phase one of The Podium Club’s development features a bi-directional, 15-turn, 2.25-mile asphalt road course and leased garages.
Future phases will introduce additional amenities such as residential buildings, car condos, and car storage facilities.
Plans also include an expanded track and an RV park, with the ultimate goal of creating a 4.45-mile, 32-turn circuit. The project is slated to debut in late fall 2021.
Designed with safety as a priority, the track complies with FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile) and FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) regulations for both automobiles and motorcycles. Key features include a wide front straight, distinctive esses, challenging elevation changes, and extensive runoff areas with large gravel traps.
The track was designed by Arizona’s Rose Design and engineered by the UK’s Apex Circuit Design, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
For maximum vehicle and rider safety, the bi-directional, multi-configurable track will employ energy-absorbing tire barriers and other protective devices instead of exposed metal guardrails.
In addition to its state-of-the-art racing facilities, The Podium Club will offer unique residential opportunities. Members can build homes and car condos with customizable multi-car garages, allowing for the ultimate convenience of living right within the motorsports park, possibly even adjacent to the track.
