Its importance is that Luxe Dream Garage is no longer just a set of proposed renderings: individual garage condominiums exist in an ownership and resale market.
The developer continues to direct buyers interested in the original Sarasota location toward resale inquiries. Availability, prices, association assessments, and allowable uses can differ by unit.

Luxe Dream Garage Waterside Brings a Second Development to Sarasota
The next chapter is Luxe Dream Garage Waterside, marketed at 7100 Professional Parkway East, Sarasota, Florida. The developer describes another community of individually owned, customizable garages, with climate-controlled storage, collector gathering spaces, and enhanced options for displaying vehicles.
Its promotional materials have mentioned roughly 70 to 77 planned garage condos, but the company’s pages publish several conflicting unit counts. A separate architectural project description has referenced 60 individual units, gallery-style multi-car storage, and a two-story clubhouse. Until a final approved site plan and construction status are confirmed, these figures should be treated as evolving plans rather than completed inventory.
Among the most distinctive ideas is the proposed Luxe Gallery, which would use multi-level stacking systems to accommodate and display vehicles more efficiently. The concept could appeal to collectors who want professional-style storage alongside a more personalized garage suite.
The Waterside project is being marketed for pre-construction ownership opportunities. Third-party promotions have projected construction and delivery dates, but those estimates should not be confused with a verified opening date or evidence of completed units. Prospective buyers should confirm current development approvals, deposit terms, construction schedules, and title details directly with the developer and appropriate professionals.
The Social Side of Car Collecting Matters as Much as the Garage
For Luxe Dream Garage, a major selling point is the chance to spend time with people who share a fascination with collector cars. The original plans included a private owners’ clubhouse and regular gatherings, giving enthusiasts space for weekend conversations, car displays, and events outside their individual garages.
The founders’ early promotions also had a community-service element. During its first sales campaign, Luxe Dream Garage supported the Flight to the North Pole charity through a contribution tied to reservations associated with a Lakewood Ranch exotic-car show. It was an early indication that the developers wanted the property connected to local car culture, not simply used as a private storage warehouse.
Current club programming and access privileges should be confirmed with the property operator. Likewise, the original article’s approximately $200 monthly dues were an early estimate, not a verified October 2026 association assessment.
