Join the Road Rally for a drive on one of America’s most scenic byways during the Million Dollar Highway Road Rally!
Immerse yourself in a touch of Friendly competition as you traverse the stunning 240-mile loop known as the Million Dollar Highway. In this unique event, the Autumn Classic Rally Master establishes a time to match. The participant who comes closest to the Rally Master’s undisclosed time will secure the grand prize.
Bear in mind, the Rally Master might pause for gas, capture the breathtaking scenery, grab a quick bite, or even indulge in an extended lunch – their exact timing remains shrouded in mystery until the winner is revealed. Details for this event.
The Journey:
Ignite your passion for driving and embark on a thrilling 240-mile journey beginning at the Autumn Classic Lounge. From there, set your sights on the San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway. Starting on Mountain Village Blvd, navigate along Highway 145, following the serene San Miguel River and passing through Placerville. As you proceed, take a turn onto Hwy 62, crossing the majestic Dallas Divide.
The journey continues as you pass through Ridgway and join Hwy 550, leading you through the picturesque town of Ouray, across the Red Mountain Pass, and by the scenic town of Silverton. As you drive over the iconic Million Dollar Highway, you’ll find yourself entering Durango.
From there, the route takes you on Hwy 160 towards Mancos, and then northbound towards the towns of Dolores and Rico. Concluding this adventurous loop, return towards the charming Town of Telluride.

COLORADO’s Elevated Car Showcase: Telluride Golf Course Concours Experience!
Nestled atop Colorado’s peaks, the Telluride Golf Course offers an unmatched Concours experience – the sole one of its kind atop a mountain! Spanning two days, the Concours on the Golf Course event at the renowned Telluride Golf Course in Mountain Village is a car enthusiast’s dream. Marvel at classic concours level cars, all presented at a breathtaking elevation of 9,500 feet, with the majestic San Juan Mountain Range forming the perfect backdrop.
The event’s schedule is designed to keep you enthralled. Saturday showcases the British Concours, while Sunday shifts gears to the Open Class Concours. Those with a 2-day General Admission Pass are in for a double treat, with access to both these distinct displays. Moreover, visitors on both days can cast their vote for the 2023 People’s Choice Award, singling out their favorite automobile from the collection.
However, note that vehicles featured in the ‘Cool Cars on Colorado’ event on Friday won’t be participating in either of the Concours showcases over the weekend.
Lastly, for the comfort and safety of all attendees, please remember that dogs are not allowed at the Concours at the Golf Course event. Kindly ensure your beloved pets stay cozy at home.
