This epic event attracts over 3,000 Corvette lovers and car enthusiasts for a thrilling three-day celebration of everything Corvette.
This year, Corvettes at Carlisle takes place at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Carlisle, PA, from August 22-24, 2024.
Set on the sprawling 82-acre Carlisle Fairgrounds, this iconic event features four indoor exhibit halls, vibrant outdoor stages, a jumbo grandstand, and plenty of parking—creating the perfect backdrop for an exhilarating automotive festival.
Over the course of three days, attendees can feast their eyes on more than 400 perfectly restored pristine Corvettes, ranging from Harley Earl’s first prototype designs in 1953 to the latest 655 hp 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray.
But this event is more than just a car show. The fairgrounds will host a massive display of prized Corvette memorabilia from hundreds of vendors.
Vette fans will enjoy live entertainment, a Corvette-themed flea market, delicious food, and cold drinks, all adding to the festive atmosphere.
A Celebration of America’s Greatest Sports Car
The weekend is packed with excitement, including two must-see events that celebrate “America’s Greatest Sports Car.” The sight of rows and rows of new and old Vettes sitting side by side will boggle your mind.
No generations are left behind here! You’ll see everything from Zachary “Zora” Arkus-Duntov‘s first redesigned 1953 C1 racing machines to the latest and greatest 2025 Corvette Stingray EV Hybrid prototypes.
FACTOID – CORVETTE CREATORS: Harley Earl is credited as the inventor of the Corvette, which was first introduced by Chevrolet in 1953, while Zora Arkus-Duntov, often referred to as the “Father of the Corvette,” played a crucial role in transforming the Corvette from a stylish car into a high-performance sports car.

LOOK magazine article states, Harley and Thomas Keating, Chevrolet’s top man, takes “cornering” demonstration in the Corvette, first mass-produced plastic-body car. Designer Harley Earl is at the wheel (see the history of the Corvette)
The Corvettes at Carlisle event opens at the Carlisle Fairgrounds on Thursday, August 22, and runs through Saturday, August 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
