Miami International Auto Show 2022, one of the nation’s leading auto expositions, has announced that this year’s nine day event will be held October 15-23 at the Miami Beach Convention Center will be held on Saturday, October 15.

This years auto show will showcase over 500 worlds leading cars, truck, SUX and motorcycles. The event is expected to host over 700,000 guest from across the globe.

ABOUT THE MIAIMI CONVENTION CENTER

The Miami Beach Convention Center (originally the Miami Beach Exhibition Hall) is a convention center located in Miami Beach, Florida. Originally opened in 1958, the venue was renovated from 2015-2018 for $620 million. The re-imagined and enhanced MBCC includes a 60,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom (the largest in South Florida), four junior ballrooms, 500,000 square feet of flexible exhibition space, 84 meeting rooms, and pre-function space, as well as outdoor spaces and terraces.(Source: wikipedia)

The announcement of the 2022 dates was made by Debra Koebel, president of the South Florida Automobile Dealers Association, and presenter of the show.

“We are so excited to present an EV test track at this year’s auto show that encourages our attendees to experience a ride in their favorite electric vehicle,” said Koebel.  “We want to educate South Floridians on the many benefits of owning an electric vehicle and for them to get a firsthand look at what the EV revolution is all about.” 

Charging stations will be located adjacent to the test track and educational seminars on EVs are being planned for the nine-day show.

Held in one of the nation’s hottest event destinations on South Beach, the Miami International Auto Show is expected to feature hundreds of new cars, trucks, SUVs, and crossovers.

New vehicle debuts are being planned by auto manufacturers at the show.  Crowd-pleasing exhibits such as Camp Jeep, Supercar Rooms Miami, Memory Lane, South Florida Rides, and Car Boutique will once again be featured.

The South Florida Automobile Dealers Association has been the official sponsor of the Miami International Auto Show since 1971. Today, the organization comprises 200 new car dealerships in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.
