The Silverstone Classic Car Auction will hammer out over 100 highly collectible cars of all makes models, and years at the Sywell Aerodrome in Biggleswade, UK, on May 20th, 2023.
Silverstone will offer a wide variety of marques, categories, and years. The cars date from the early 1920s to the late 2000s, and the categories include such famous marques as Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, BMW, Maserati, Porsche, Lotus, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, McLaren, and more.
Also available will be a good selection of specialty Fords, Hondas, Subarus, Proteus, Nissans, Mitsubishi Renaults, and even a 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock.
For those unfamiliar with Silverstone, the Silverstone Auctions group has become a market leader in the United Kingdom since 2020, after the group broke over 28 world record-breaking vehicle selling prices in the course of two years.
As a matter of record, back in 1972, Silverstone broke a new single car selling price record with a rare 1972 Lamborghini Miura SV selling for £1,912,500. Moreover, Silverstone has auctioned 9,000 classic collectible cars totaling over £319 million around the world.
This year, at Sywell Aerodrome in Biggleswade, UK, Silverstone will auction over 100 classic cars for sale of all makes and models.

Three unique Ferrari sports cars that will come under the hammer in Biggleswade include a 1973 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS (priced at £275,000–£325,000). 1980 Ferrari 512 BB (Carburettor) (priced at £180,000–210,000), a highly collectible 1972 Ferrari Dino 246 GT (E-Series) (priced at £375,000–£425,000), and a 2001 Ferrari 360 Modena priced at £100,000–£120,000.
For luxury cars, three highly desirable Bentley cars are up for sale: a 1954 Bentley R-Type Fastback Continental Coachwork by H.J. Mulliner priced at £600,000–£700,000; a 1955 Bentley R-Type Fastback Continental Coachwork by H.J. Mulliner priced at £450,000–£500,000; and a 1959 Bentley S1 Drophead Coupé Coachwork by H.J. Mulliner priced at £200,000–£250,000.
In the vintage and classic car categories, three vintage collectibles will be offered: a 1970 Aston Martin DB6 Mk2 Volante priced at £600,000–£700,000; a 1949 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Super Sport Cabriolet Coachwork by Pinin Farina priced at £280,000–£340,000; and a 1974 Jaguar E-Type Series 3 V12 Roadster priced at £160,000–£200,000.
Although Silverstone has previously broken numerous million-dollar price records, the Biggleswade auction will include some less exclusive pricing, with the majority of them priced between £20k and £50k and a minority above. $£150K.
