FreeSilverstone Auction House will hold a one-day auction to sell over 300 classic race cars at the world-famous Reis Race Retro Classic and Competition Car Show in Stoneleigh Park, United Kingdom, on February 24-25, 2023.
Since 2003, The Reis Race Retro has been Europe’s Number One Historic Motorsport Show, bringing together over 24,000 fans, drivers, preparers, traders, and car enthusiasts to fully prepare motorsport fans for the upcoming racing season.
The Race Retro event covers every aspect of motorsport racing, including formula and circuit racing, rallying, hill climbs, touring cars, single marque series, GT cars, and more.

This year, Silverstone Auctions will offer over 300 classic and highly collectible race, rally, sports, and luxury cars. Prices typically ranged from £10,000 to £500,000 and carried a lot of weight between 1960 and 1990. But there are some exceptions with a handful of pre-war cars, such as this 1929 Chrysler Series 75 Roadster and the 1932 MG F2 Magna.
Many of the cars up for auction will be from such famous marques as Porsche, Austin Mini, Austin Healey, Arnott, BMW, Renault, Ford, Lotus, and Volvo. More specifically, there are cars such as the Austin Healey, Sunbeam Tiger, MG Roadster, FIA Alfa Romeo, Talbot Sunbeam, Opel Manta, Kougar Jaguar, and even a rare Warwick MkII Sports/FJ.
There will also be about a dozen older classic luxury cars and classic sports cars. They include such collectible cars as this 1971 Rolls-Royce Corniche Convertible Ex-Sir Bruce Forsyth, a 1962 Mercedes-Benz 190 SL with Hardtop – Right-Hand Drive, a 1968 Porsche 912, and a 1962 Jaguar Mk2 3.8-Litre Saloon.

The Stoneleigh Park and Silverstone Auction can be easily accessed from the A45, A46, and M40. Visitors can simply follow the Event Signs, using the B4115 road, which runs parallel to A46 near Stoneleigh village.
