RM Sotheby’s will be holding a one-day, 60-car auction at the world-renowned international retail store district in South Beach, Miami, Florida, on December 10, 2022.

The majority of the cars offered will be prime modern exotics, rare classics, sport-racers, and late-model supercars.

Two of the rarest and most sought-after cars include a 1995 Ferrari F50, estimated to sell for $5,500,000 – $6,500,000, and a 2003 Ferrari Enzo, estimated to sell for $3,250,000.

Some of the exotic supercars include a 2019 Bugatti Chiron Sport, 1990 Ferrari F40, 1988 Porsche 959SC, 1973 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spider, 1994 Bugatti EB110 GT, 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, 2020.

Unique examples include a Ford GT Heritage Edition, 2007 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition, 2007 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition,

Two outstanding prime Lamborghini’s looking for new owners include a 1986 Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV, and a 1989 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Edition.

Many of the cars are built for Youngtimer’s looking to hang-ten in Miami with a new smokin hot Lamborghini, Ferrari, or Porsche.

For the upper crust, there will be a select number of outrageously priced rare Bentley’s, Mercedes, and BMW Alpina’s models.

All the cars will be sold without reserve.

Take note that all of the vehicles up for auction are ideal for the glitzy jet-set of Downtown Miami and South Beach.

The Sotheby’s South Beach Auction will take place at the renown 1111 Lincoln Road Building.

The building was designed by famed Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron. The multilayer structure was purposely built to bring together office, retail, and parking yet stay hip to the art deco style of the Miami Retail District.

Built in 2010, and often referred to as “The Pancake Building”, the unique six-story iconic building has become one of Miami’s most compelling destinations.

The 1111 Lincoln Road Building is a tourist attraction and has been characterized as resembling a house of cards. For artists, architects, and photographers intrigued by its architecture, the structure has become a destination. The building gained global exposure when it was featured on the front page of The New York Times in January 2011

As such, it is only appropriate that Sotheby’s Miami Auction be held in the penthouse parking lot of the Lincoln Road Building. The building is beautiful, and exclusive, and provides some of the best majestic views of Miami Beach and its waterways.
