(Updates August. 15, 2023) – The Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week is a celebration of the history of sportsmanship and motoring in Newport, Rhode Island. This year’s Concours d’Elegance will take place at the historic Vanderbilt Breakers Mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, on October 1, 2023.
Spend your days enjoying fine dining pop-ups, exhibitions of rare and exciting automobiles, seminars, shopping, tennis, golf, and sailing along the Newport coast. Then, once the sun goes down, experience exclusive concerts, galas, and VIP parties hosted in the Gatsby-esque mansions that populate America’s original luxury capital.
Audrain’s Newport Concours Motor Week Takes Place Annually in Newport Rhode Island
Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance is the crown jewel of the Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week. The Concours team works year-round to assemble a terrific selection of judges from around the globe. The Concours classes span the decades from early 1900 to 1980, focusing on cars that pay homage to the themes of History, Luxury, and Sport.

The Concours will feature more than 100 historic and classic vehicles from all eras that are broken up into specific classes. Each class will compete for the prestigious “Best of Show” award.
The field is accessible to visitors with general admission from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tickets prices range from $115 to $420. There will be food, beverage, and entertainment concession stands throughout the event.
The All-Inclusive Pass for Audrain Concours and Motor Week provides access to all events. It covers a week-long museum bundle, entry to Wine by the Water, both nights of Hilltop Hangout, and VIP access at the Concours d’Elegance and the Village Lounge.
** Access to the VIP tent, where food and drinks are served all day, begins at 6:30 a.m. with coffee at the Concours and continues throughout the day.
Donald Osborne, Nic Waller, and the rest of the selection committee search diligently for special cars to engage guests from around the world.
First, second, and third-class trophies and ribbons will be awarded, with the first in each class competing for the Willie K. Vanderbilt Trophy. There will also be one-of-a-kind awards given by some very special guests and judges.

The four-day program concludes with a centerpiece event, the Audrain Concours d’Elegance, which will feature a world-class collection of over a billion dollars worth of rare and vintage cars. During Audrain’s Newport Concours, the question won’t be, What will you do? But rather, how will you do it all?
