Bentley Residences Miami is bringing an entirely new meaning to the idea of keeping a favorite car close to home. Now under construction in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the oceanfront tower is the world’s first Bentley-branded residential skyscraper and one of the most ambitious combinations of luxury real estate and automotive design yet created.
Developed by Dezer Development in collaboration with Bentley Motors and Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower will include 216 luxury residences overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
But for car collectors, the most interesting feature may not be the ocean views, private pools, or Bentley-inspired interiors. It is what happens when you arrive home.
Instead of leaving your Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche, or favorite collector car in a conventional parking garage, you can drive into one of the building’s specially designed vehicle elevators and travel upstairs with your car. Once you reach your floor, the automobile can be parked inside a private multi-car garage integrated directly into the residence.
Built With Car Collectors in Mind
Each residence is designed with automobile enthusiasts in mind, including a private three- or four-car garage accessible through the building’s patented vehicle elevator system, known as the Dezervator™.
The concept turns the traditional luxury condominium parking experience on its head. Rather than handing the keys to a valet or taking an elevator down to a parking structure, residents can essentially bring their cars home with them.
Meet the Dezervator: The Elevator That Takes Your Car Home
The Dezervator is one of the defining features of Bentley Residences Miami. Four patented hydraulic vehicle elevators are being incorporated into the tower to transport residents and their automobiles directly to their residential floors.
When a resident arrives, an RFID system identifies the vehicle. An LED guidance system then directs the driver to the appropriate Dezervator. The driver remains inside the vehicle as the elevator carries both car and occupants up through the tower.
At the residential level, the vehicle enters a private sky garage associated with the residence. Depending on the floor plan, the garage provides space for three or four automobiles.
For a serious collector, that changes the relationship between the home and the automobile. A favorite Bentley or collector car no longer has to disappear into a parking structure dozens of floors below. It becomes part of the owner’s private residential space—almost like a piece of automotive art displayed alongside the home.

A Car Condo More Than 50 Stories Above Miami
The idea behind the private sky garage shares some similarities with a traditional luxury car condo, but Bentley Residences takes the concept vertically.
Owners can have their residence, automobile collection, private outdoor living area, and swimming pool together hundreds of feet above Sunny Isles Beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces provide views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding waterways.
The combination is particularly unusual for collectors who enjoy seeing their cars as much as driving them. Instead of separating the collection from the living space, the design makes the automobile part of the residential experience.
The patented Dezervator technology allows drivers to remain inside their vehicles while traveling to their residential floor. The system is designed to make arriving home feel less like entering a conventional condominium tower and more like pulling into a private garage.
The World’s First Bentley-Branded Residential Tower
Bentley Residences Miami is the first residential development in the world to carry the Bentley name. The project brings together Bentley Motors, Dezer Development, and Sieger Suarez Architects, the Miami architectural firm also associated with projects including Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa.
Bentley’s involvement extends well beyond placing its name on the building. Bentley’s design language is being incorporated throughout the tower, including materials, interior details, furnishings, and architectural elements inspired by the company’s automobiles.
The building’s distinctive diamond-pattern glass façade, for example, draws inspiration from the diamond motifs found throughout Bentley vehicle interiors.
Inside the residences, floor-to-ceiling glass is designed to take advantage of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal views. Large terraces extend the living areas outdoors, and residences include private heated swimming pools with raised sundecks.
That creates another unusual combination: a private swimming pool, expansive outdoor terrace, luxury residence, and multi-car garage all located high above the South Florida coastline.
Bentley Design Moves From the Automobile Into the Home
Much of the building has been designed to translate familiar Bentley design elements from automobiles into architecture.
The approach can be seen in everything from the diamond-inspired exterior glass to interior materials, door hardware, common areas, and Bentley Home furnishings. The result is intended to feel connected to the automotive brand without turning the residences into automotive-themed rooms.
Shared amenities planned for the property include a wellness center and spa, cinema, restaurant, cigar lounge, game rooms, and driving and golf simulators.
From Porsche Design Tower to Bentley Residences
The idea of transporting automobiles directly to high-rise residences has an important connection to Dezer Development’s earlier Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach.
That project helped establish Dezer’s automobile-elevator concept for luxury residential living. Bentley Residences advances the idea through its four Dezervators, private three- and four-car sky garages, and the integration of Bentley’s automotive design language throughout the property.
For collectors, the appeal is easy to understand. A special car is often more than transportation. It can be something an owner has searched years to find, restored, customized, or simply enjoys looking at. Bentley Residences was designed around the idea that those automobiles don’t necessarily belong hidden away in a remote garage.
Bentley Residences Miami Is Now Under Construction
The original Bentley Residences sales gallery opened in Sunny Isles Beach in 2022, giving prospective owners an early look at the concept. The 12,000-square-foot gallery includes a full-size, approximately 6,000-square-foot model residence complete with a garage, balcony, and pool.
The project has since moved well beyond the sales-gallery stage and is now under active construction at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach.
The completed tower is planned to contain 216 residences, with private garages capable of accommodating three or four cars in individual residences. The building is also being designed with more than 20,000 square feet of shared amenities across multiple levels.
For collectors accustomed to choosing between a luxury condominium and dedicated automobile storage, Bentley Residences presents a very different alternative: take the car upstairs and keep it at home.
