Bentley Motors and Dezer Development have announced the opening of the sales gallery for Bentley Residences Miami, the newest luxury condominium skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach and the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower.
These two pioneering companies have joined forces to create one of the most revolutionary and highly anticipated partnerships in the world of luxury real estate, setting a new standard for opulent living. The design is clean and modern, featuring abundant natural light.
Residents will be greeted by an abstract, life-size floating Bentley speed-form sculpture as they drive down the long driveway into the sales gallery, which will eventually be located outside the Bentley Residences tower.
World’s First Bentley Residential
Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first Bentley-branded premium residential project, is set to open in Sunny Isles Beach in 2026. The tower will feature uninterrupted views of the ocean and waterways, seamlessly integrating the beauty of the outdoors into each home.
The project was conceptualized by leading U.S. property developer Dezer Development and designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects—famous for their work on Dezer Development’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa.
The Bentley design team is collaborating with Dezer on both the interior and exterior architecture, bringing Bentley’s signature luxury design to life in a residential setting.
Sales Gallery Open
The 12,000-square-foot sales gallery, which opened in January 2022, offers prospective buyers a firsthand look at the exquisite luxury and design of Bentley’s car condo concept.
The 216 residences will feature private balcony swimming pools, panoramic ocean views, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows seamlessly integrated throughout, with prices starting at $4.2 million.
The impressive sales gallery also includes a full-size, 6,000-square-foot replica of a car condominium, making it the first of its kind for brokers and potential buyers.
