The luxury residential skyscraper was created by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects to cater to Bentley’s and Dezer Development’s most discerning consumers.
The patented technology behind the car elevator — dubbed the “Dezervator” — allows drivers to be seated inside the vehicle during the elevator ride, something that existing technologies didn’t offer. The “Dezervator” can whisk a driver and their car to any apartment in the tower in 75 seconds.
Residence will be met by an abstract, life-size floating speed form Bentley sculpture as they drive down the long driveway into the sales gallery, which will eventually reside outside of the Bentley Residences tower.
