Mecum is set to auction over 3,000 collectible classic cars at the Indiana State Fairgrounds from May 8-16, 2026, and is expected to break all previous records. This will be Mecum’s second-largest annual collector car auction, anticipated to generate over $130 million in sales, following last year’s record of over $120 million.

Beyond the high-octane bidding, the nine-day event will feature daily Road Art sales, vendor exhibits, plenty of food and drinks, and high-speed rides on the Dodge Race Track.

Titled ‘Mecum’s Original Spring Classic Indy Auction,’ the entire event will be broadcast live on the MotorTrend Network and streamed on the internet and the Discovery Channel from May 8th through May 16th.

General Admission Tickets:

🎫 1-Day Ticket: $30, allowing access on any one day of the auction.
🎫 3-Day Ticket: $75, granting admission for one person on any three days of the auction.
**Children aged 12 and under can attend for free

The esteemed M Group Collection, celebrated for its high-performance excellence, features over 40 rare vehicles. Highlights include iconic models from Ferrari, Bugatti, Porsche, and McLaren.

2011 Ferrari 599 GTO

This pristine white 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO from the M Group Collection is powered by a 6.0L V-12 engine. It is set to go under the hammer on Saturday, May 16th.

Other standouts include a 2021 Ferrari 812 GTS with a 6.5L V-12 engine. Also returning is the Frank Micoli Collection with a 1965 Pontiac GTO Convertible, a 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Fastback, and a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL.


HIGHLIGHT: THE APEX CAR COLLECTION

A major standout is a limited edition Wimbledon White 1965 Shelby GT350 Fastback (one of only 562 units). This collection also features an unmodified 1966 Shelby 427 Cobra Roadster with a dual-quad 427 CI V-8 engine.
