$15The 24th Annual Riding into History™ Motorcycle Concours d’Elegance, celebrated under the theme “Chasing the Rising Sun – Japanese Motorcycles,” will take place at the Classic Car Museum of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida, on April 19-20, 2024. This event is honored to have Mary McGee, a trailblazer, glass ceiling smasher, AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer, and Off-Road Motorcycle Hall of Famer, as its Grand Marshal.
Scheduled from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2024, the event will feature 300-400 antique, vintage, race, and custom bikes from all across America. Spectator admission is set at $15 per person at the gate, or a discounted rate of $25 for two tickets when purchased online. Notably, there is no charge for Concours show entrants.
Announcing the Grand Marshal for Riding Into History™ 2024
The event is honored to showcase Mary McGee, a legendary figure whose pioneering efforts broke barriers and led to her induction into both the AMA Motorcycle and Off-Road Motorcycle Halls of Fame, as the Grand Marshal for the 24th Annual Riding into History™.
This year’s theme, ‘Chasing the Rising Sun – Japanese Motorcycles,’ celebrates the profound heritage and innovative breakthroughs in Japanese motorcycling. Attendees are invited to a grand celebration of Mary McGee, an emblematic figure within the motorcycle community, at an event that is anticipated to be as impactful and unforgettable as Mary McGee’s illustrious career.
Beyond the display of motorcycles, the event will include exhibitors, and motorcycle dealers, and provide food and entertainment. Special rides for participants are also part of the agenda.
Riding into History™ Motorcycle Concours d’Elegance
Riding into History™ (RIH) is a leading Vintage Motorcycle Concours d’Elegance held annually at the World Golf Village near St. Augustine, Florida. This well-known event attracts over 300 antique and vintage motorcycles every year and has been featured on the Speed Channel. Motorcycle enthusiasts and collectors from across the US gather to display their prized bikes around the central lake of the venue alongside exhibitors and motorcycle club representatives.
Chairman of the event is Cindy McLean and has been riding motorcycles at the age of 49, She began riding motorcycles at the age of 49, becoming a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Rider Coach in 2007, later taking up vintage motorcycle racing with her husband Alex in the American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) in 2014.
CHARITY
As a 501(c)3 non-profit, RIH has donated over $700,000 to charities, with K9s for Warriors being the primary beneficiary, operating entirely through the efforts of volunteers without any paid staff.

Youth Judging Program
“Riding Into History™ (RIH) launched its inaugural Motorcycle Youth Judging Program in 2014 to foster young enthusiasts’ interest in classic, vintage, and antique motorcycles. The young judges are typically aged 8-16.
The the program offers a concise, one-hour judging experience, complimentary entry to the Concours d’Elegance, and straightforward training. Additional benefits include RIH goodies, and the opportunity to learn about diverse motorcycle types while awarding their favorite.
