The historic 200-acre estate will also feature a “Cannonball Run Day” & Car Show that takes place on Saturday, September 15th.
The Sunday Concours is expected to play host to over 3,000 car enthusiasts who want to get a first-hand look at some of Europe’s most historic, prestigious, and luxury car brands.
The 25 famous European Marques cars on display will be provided by BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Ferrari Clubs of America.
HIGHLIGHTS: The Great Marques Concours d’Elegance Car Show takes place on Sunday, September 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tickets for the event are only $25 at the gate, and there is plenty of parking at the event.
The Mercedes-Benz Club of America NYC-Long Island Section will join Ferrari and BMW at Old Westbury Gardens “Great Lawn” for the Great Marques Concours our annual premier car event. We are expecting over 700 cars with approximately 3500 attendees.
The day before Sunday’s Concours Car Show will feature the first-ever Cannonball Run Day. The event will feature cars that have completed the Cannonball Run Race and an opportunity to hear historical stories from legendary drivers.
Cannonball Run Day takes place at the Old Westbury Gardens Estate on Saturday, September 15th, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The event includes talks and conversations with coast-to-coast legends Pam Yates and Brock Yates Jr. There will also be antique and vintage cars, special events, food and drink, and car collectors from around the country.
For those unfamiliar with a Cannonball Run Race, it is an unsanctioned race across the United States from New York to Los Angeles, California. The race covers over 2,900 miles and usually involves two drivers and a spotter. The coast-to-coast race’s current record took 25 hours, 39 minutes, with an average speed of 110 mph – and no tickets. The car was driven by Arne Toman and Doug Tabbutt, along with spotter Dunadel Daryoush.
Both events offer a Spectacular Venue, Some Car Legends, Great Food & Drink, and Car Themed Event that is fun for friends, family, and kids.

The Old Westbury Gardens 23-room (200-acre) estate was built in 1903, about the same time cars started to be manufactured.
