The Geneva Concours d’Elegance Is The Most Underrated Car Show Just Outside Chicago

(Updated: July 22, 2024) — Since 2005, the Geneva Concours d’Elegance has been a unique opportunity to come face-to-face with hundreds of the most historically significant vehicles ever made.
This year, the event promises to host over 2,000 car-loving guests in Geneva, Illinois-just 32 miles west of Chicago-on August 24, 2024.
More than 200 antique automobiles from the 1900s through the 1960s are on display at the Concours. Additionally, the event includes both new and classic supercars and exotic vehicles.
The Geneva Concours d’Elegance Will Host Over 200 Classic Collector Cars and Play Host to Over 2,000 Car Loving Guests Just West of Chicago on August 24, 2024
Participants from across the country will proudly display their meticulously restored, period-correct automobiles on Geneva’s majestic Third Street. The highlight of the concours will be the prestigious “Benz” Trophies, awarded to the owners of the best cars in show.
Third Street is the heart of Geneva’s charming downtown shopping district lined with shops, restaurants, parks and historical buildings.
The Geneva Concous d’Elegance open at 10:00 am and with awards and trophies presented at 3:00pm Sunday August 24, 2024.
The Geneva Concours is open to the public at no cost, making it a wonderful family-friendly outing.
Car enthusiasts and children alike can enjoy and experience a walk through automotive history, from vintage cars dating back to 1900 to the latest 2025 concept cars.
Additionally, don’t forget to catch a glimpse of new and vintage race cars, supercars, and the latest and greatest exotic cars.

Sunday’s Concours will include awards for the vehicles that stand out in their respective classes. The show ends with awards presented to vehicle owners for the “Best-of-Show” award and the coveted “Benz” trophy.
The Concours d’Elegance Car Show takes place in the heart of Geneva’s historic downtown shopping district, which offers friendly retail shops, restaurants, dining, and historical buildings.
