The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering has provided a hyper luxury and exclusive experience for car collectors and car enthusiasts from around the world, The Quail runs the same weekend as the famous Pebble Beach Concours and offer a high price tag to enjoy exquisite rare collections of classic and vintage automobiles and motorcycles, It takes place on the rolling green course at the Quail Lodge & Golf Club.

The Quail is similar to the Pebble Beach Concours but offers a more focused competition on the vehicles with a different twist. Though they do judge over 30 different classes of cars, The Quail focuses on vehicles such as celebrity vehicles as a class as well. Cars that may not have as much historical interest but have extreme interest among avid car collectors and car enthusiasts.

The show is also known to focus on early-built vehicle and performance vehicles, especially if the race car has miles and history on the track. Not only do they feature collectible cars, but they have a large showing of vintage, classic and historical motorcycles.  Moreover, motorcycles that were created to set land speed records are of particular interest.

One other major factor that differentiates The Quail from all other Concours is the culinary and gourmet inclusions, parties, and the income level of the quests. The food is of the highest quality including raw oysters, caviar, gourmet foods, and of course fine wine, cocktails, and champagne. Think of a luxury Polo event and you get the picture.

Lastly, the most disappointing news is that tickets are hard to come by.  They dolled out by the host at a with the lowest costing ticket costing over $500. There are even rumors that tickets at the can quickly skyrocket to over $2,5000.
