It was an innovative automobile designed by Preston Tucker. Only 51 were produced in Chicago. \nThe Best of Show was awarded to Howard Kroplick’s 1948 Tucker 1044. Howard Kroplick purchased Tucker 1044 at an RM Sotheby’s Auction in Scottsdale\, Arizona\, on January 19\, 2017\, with 7\,909 miles\, only 109 miles since 1982.
