Dodge. The residence  is the ninth largest residence in the United States and includes 110 rooms and covers 88\,000 square feet. Today\, Meadow Brook Hall is owned by Oakland University. (1979–2010). \nMeadow moved the venue in 2010 to Plymouth\, MI\, to the John’s Golf Course in Plymouth\, MI\, and changed its name to the “Concours d’Elegance of America”. The St. John’s Inn is a large venue with over 200 acres of carefully sculptured and landscaped lawn. The Concours was very popular attracting over15\,000 car lovers per show. The show was forced to find a new venue when Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers was granted approval for a new $100 million luxury condominium development. (2011-2020) \nIn 2021\, Hagerty stepped in and bought the “Concours d’Elegance of America” and renamed it to “The Detroit Concours d’Elegance”. Hagerty needed a new venue and chose the Detroit Institute of Arts Museum (DIA) and the Detroit Tigers’ Comerica Park. This will be the first year for Hagerty to host this event. Hagerty has a tremendous amount of experience with car shows. In fact\, Hagerty takes part in more than 2\,500 car events annually. A prized artifact from Italy’s Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile di Torino collection\, it holds the distinction of being the first car ever driven on Italian roads.\nThis year’s special RM Sotheby’s Veteran Car Run promises to attract and entertain more than 400 entries from all over the world. \n\nThe participants departed from Hyde Park in London at 7:03 am and arrived at Madeira Drive in Brighton\, a distance of about 60 miles (97 km)\, between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm. \nThe event is sponsored by RM Sotheby’s Auctions which is a dominant force in auctioning classic collectible cars. \nThe London to Brighton Veteran Car Run is a historic event that specifically celebrates the early days of motoring. The celebration goal is to showcase the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the early pioneers\, craftsmen\, and inventors of the automobile industry. \nAs always\, the car run features cars from countries around the world\, provided they had produced a car prior to 1905. Some of the dominant countries developing cars at the time were the United States\, United Kingdom\, France\, Germany\, Italy\, Canada\, Australia\, and Japan. DESCRIPTION:The San Diego International Auto Show will feature four days of car-themed events at the San Diego Convention Center from December 28th\, 2023\, to January 1st\, 2025. \nThe car show will feature over 400 vehicles\, from future 2025 concept cars to exotics\, supercars\, classics\, antiques\, and custom-built vehicles. \nAlso\, the show will showcase a large assortment of Hollywood-themed cars such as the Bat Mobile\, the Scooby Doo Mobile\, and more. \nThe San Diego International Auto Show offers a variety of new cars\, vintage cars\, custom cars\, concept cars\, and supercars. Supercars on display include McLaren\, Bugatti\, Koenigsegg\, and Lamborghini\, just to name a few. \nThis year’s event is expected to entertain over 50\,000 car enthusiasts and host over 500 car and car accessory exhibits. \nAdditionally\, the convention center will offer plenty of fun-filled activities for kids\, such as fake tattoos\, face painting\, games\, experiences\, and racing car simulators. \nEveryone will be able to experience the thrill and excitement of racing around a track in an amazing racing car simulator. \nMany auto manufacturers\, including Jeep and Ford Bronco\, will provide test drives in an indoor simulated off-road driving exhibit that mimics an off-road experience. \n“It is very cool\,” said John Macelli\, after a ride up Jeep’s simulated mountain in a Jeep Gladiator. “It was impressive.” “For a minute\, I thought we’d fall back but it didn’t\,” said Mike Palasino\, who was sitting in the Gladiator’s rear seat. \nIn the electric vehicle (EV) section\, vehicle manufacturers will offer free EV vehicle tours\, educational seminars\, EV test drives\, and an introduction to their vision for the future of the EV market. \nThe Ener-G Station’s Clean Transportation Team will offer information and the benefits of new emerging technologies within the electric vehicle industry. The SDG&E’s exhibit will also offer interactive games\, activities\, social forums\, and prizes! \nThe San Diego Car Show website states: “Don’t miss Electric Vehicle (EV) Day\, hosted by San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E)\, on Friday\, December 30. With more options\, lower prices\, and improved technology\, fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles are a growing trend. The latest and greatest models on the market will be on display.” (Suource: SDG&E’s) \nThe California Center for Sustainable Energy exhibit will offer trained educators to answer EV questions and provide information regarding all aspects of EV ownership including plug-in charging station availability\, EV maintenance\, cost per mile\, and virtually everything you need to know to own an electric vehicle. \nThis year’s San Diego International Auto Show will feature our Exotic Brands\, such as Bentley\, Ferrari\, Lamborghini\, McLaren\, Bentley\, Rolls-Royce\, and more. \nEXOTIC SUPERCARS \nFor exotic supercar lovers\, the show will feature a special exhibit called “The Exotics Vault” that will offer a boatload of new\, vintage\, and classic exotic supercars from such manufacturers as Aston Martin\, Alfa Romeo\, and Automobili. \nAdditional jaw-dropping exotic supercars and luxury displays will be available for viewing from Pininfarina\, Ferrari\, Bentley\, McLaren\, Bugatti\, Maserati\, Koenigsegg\, Lamborghini\, Rimac\, and Rolls-Royce. The Beverly Hills-themed cars will be provided by O’Gara Coach of San Diego. \nMORE CARS: Beyond the luxury and exotic cars\, this year’s automakers at the 2025 San Diego Auto Show will include: Chevrolet\, Chrysler\, Dodge\, Ford\, Honda\, Hyundai\, Jeep\, Kia\, Lexus\, Mitsubishi\, Nissan\, RAM\, Toyota\, and Volkswagen. \nELECTRIC: The automaker Volvo will host an exhibit in the Electric Avenue Themed Area.
