The event will showcase over 150 classic\, vintage\, and exotic vehicles\, ranging from Ferrari to Rolls-Royce\, in a setting that combines automotive elegance with community charm. \nGuests can expect a day filled with more than cars—there will be live music\, vendor booths\, great food\, and social activities tailored for families\, collectors\, and enthusiasts alike. \n\nThe show is a fundraiser for charity\, helping organizations such as the Paulie Strong Foundation and the Scarsdale Police Department\,  as well as other local organizations from Westchester\, and also Habitat for Humanity. Funds are generated from donations from sponsors\, donations from participants\, and voluntary admission donations. \nSince 2004\, the show has raised over $350\,000 for charity. (reference) \n \n  \n\nCAR SHOW HISTORY \nThe Scarsdale Concours Car Show was started in 2003 by 2 students from Scarsdale High School out of their passion for cars. \nThe Concours Founders state\, “Since 2003\, we have raised over $350k. It has now become Westchester County’s Premier Auto Show featuring antique\, classic\, and exotic automobiles to benefit local charities.” \nNow in its 22th year\, the show was created in response to three ideas of the founders. \n\nA strong desire to showcase Scarsdale students as part of a constructive and giving community.\nA genuine passion for great classic cars both new and vintage\,\nThe opportunity to raise significant amounts of money for local charities.\n\nIn the fall of 2003\, the two founders talked about creating something car-themed and worthwhile\, involving a passionate love of cars. Soon after\, the simple idea of a car show quickly turned into the first Concours. Today\, it is known as the “Scarsdale Concours d’Elegance & Car Show”. \n \n“Annual Scarsdale Car Show Located in Downtown Scarsdale\, New York” \nEveryone with whom they spoke loved the idea\, and they received active support from numerous constituencies\, including the police\, local government\, local merchants\, and car collectors near and far. The event serves as a great lesson that anything is possible. \nBut the Concourse became more than a car show featuring classic cars and car collections.
