DESCRIPTION:The Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton\, CA\, will host the esteemed Muckenthaler Car Show Festival on May 19\, 2025. \n“THIS CAR SHOW MAY BE CANCELLED” \n(Read More) \nThe Sunday Car Show & Festival will feature an impressive array of over 300 collector cars\, drawing automobile enthusiasts from around the region. \nAttendees can expect a diverse selection of vehicles\, including vintage roadsters\, elegant convertibles\, classic coupes\, and distinctive hardtops. \nThe festival also highlights an array of Hot Rods\, Custom Cars\, and Pre-War Antique Vehicles. With more than 250 hot rods and custom cars\, alongside 300 classic vehicles recognized in Concours d’Elegance\, the event promises a rich display of automotive heritage. \nThis one-day event is designed for friends and family to enjoy a celebration of car culture\, attracting over 5\,000 visitors who share a passion for unique and historic cars. \nThe Muckenthaler Motor Car Show & Festival is dedicated to preserving the rich heritage and history of classic car collecting in Southern California. \nOver 500 classic cars from collectors across the country will be on display at the show. \nThis year’s featured car classes include American and European post-war and pre-war classics from 1925 to 1975\, Asian Sports Cars from their inception to 1975\, and American Sports Cars from 1910 to 1975. \nTwo additional classes will showcase special-interest vehicles and travel trailers. \nThe Concours d’Elegance award presentations will be the highlight on Sunday. A select group of car experts\, or judges\, will evaluate each vehicle for originality\, authenticity\, design\, styling\, and elegance. \nfter inspecting the vehicles\, the judges will tally the results and present awards to the best vehicles in each class \nThis is the original 1965 “Batmobile” from the 20th Century Fox Television series that was design and build by renowned Hollywood car customizer Dean Jeffries. \nThe Hot Rod Class will receive special honors during this year’s Concours d’Elegance. Awards will be presented for Best Paint\, Best Engine\, Best Interior\, Best Open Car\, Best Closed Car\, Best Truck\, Best Motorcycle\, Best Chrome\, Most Unusual Vehicle\, the Muck Award\, and Best of Show. \nABOUT THE VENUE \nThe Muckenthaler Cultural Center was the original estate of Walter and Adella Muckenthaler\, built in 1925.
