DESCRIPTION:The San Diego International Auto Show will feature four days of car-themed events at the San Diego Convention Center from December 28th\, 2023\, to January 1st\, 2025. \nThe car show will feature over 400 vehicles\, from future 2025 concept cars to exotics\, supercars\, classics\, antiques\, and custom-built vehicles. \nAlso\, the show will showcase a large assortment of Hollywood-themed cars such as the Bat Mobile\, the Scooby Doo Mobile\, and more. \nThe San Diego International Auto Show offers a variety of new cars\, vintage cars\, custom cars\, concept cars\, and supercars. Supercars on display include McLaren\, Bugatti\, Koenigsegg\, and Lamborghini\, just to name a few. \nThis year’s event is expected to entertain over 50\,000 car enthusiasts and host over 500 car and car accessory exhibits. \nAdditionally\, the convention center will offer plenty of fun-filled activities for kids\, such as fake tattoos\, face painting\, games\, experiences\, and racing car simulators. \nEveryone will be able to experience the thrill and excitement of racing around a track in an amazing racing car simulator. \nMany auto manufacturers\, including Jeep and Ford Bronco\, will provide test drives in an indoor simulated off-road driving exhibit that mimics an off-road experience. \n“It is very cool\,” said John Macelli\, after a ride up Jeep’s simulated mountain in a Jeep Gladiator. “It was impressive.” “For a minute\, I thought we’d fall back but it didn’t\,” said Mike Palasino\, who was sitting in the Gladiator’s rear seat. \nIn the electric vehicle (EV) section\, vehicle manufacturers will offer free EV vehicle tours\, educational seminars\, EV test drives\, and an introduction to their vision for the future of the EV market. \nThe Ener-G Station’s Clean Transportation Team will offer information and the benefits of new emerging technologies within the electric vehicle industry. The SDG&E’s exhibit will also offer interactive games\, activities\, social forums\, and prizes! \nThe San Diego Car Show website states: “Don’t miss Electric Vehicle (EV) Day\, hosted by San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E)\, on Friday\, December 30. With more options\, lower prices\, and improved technology\, fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles are a growing trend.
