TV Star “Barry Meguiar” opens the Benedict Concours Car to feature over 300 classic cars, reto-mods, custom trucks, and vintage motorcycles at the historic Benedict Castle in Riverdale, California, on Sunday, May 21, 2023.
The Car Show is a huge celebrity draw, with a one-of-a-kind presentation and award-winning Concours-grade cars, as well as custom-modified hot rods, muscle cars, trucks, and muscle cars. Hundreds of unique cars, trucks, and motorcycles will be on display for only one day on the beautiful Benedict Castle lawns.
The show is often referred to as the crown jewel of the Inland Empire because it uniquely blends a mix of concours-grade cars, with retro-mod hot rods, custom cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
Benedict Castle Concours d’Elegance Will Feature Over 200 Classic Collectible Car on The City Streets of Riverside, CA
The show is often referred to as “The Car Guy’s Car Show” due to its origins with Barry Meguiar and his “Car Crazy Central” TV show. Barry brings to life folks who are passionate about vehicles through his work as a TV personality and car collector. The program focuses on automotive amateurs and collectors who have created unique iterations of OEM vehicles.
This year, auto enthusiasts will exhibit a variety of rare and unusual vehicles, such as extreme motorbikes, custom hot rods, modified muscle cars, and historic award-winning vintage cars.
This year’s car show classes include:
- American and European Classic Cars (1926-1978)
- Corvettes, Muscle Cars, Hot Rods & Racecar
- Specialty Class: Truck Mods & Motorcycles
- Exotic/Supercar/Hypercar/Sportscar
The automobile display begins at 10:00 am and closes between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. Trophies and honors will be given to the best cars in each category at the conclusion of the exhibition.
The Benedict Concours Car Show welcomes friends, family, and pets in a casual setting with casual attire. All day long, there will be plenty of food, beverages, and entertainment available.

The Meguiar’s Elite Showcase, featuring the most breathtaking vehicles arranged together for maximum impact, will once again be a highlight of this year’s exhibition. The Benedict Castle Car Show is one of the few that draws unpaid car guy personalities. Past notables include Gene Winfield, Ed “Isky” Iskendarian, Linda Vaugh, Rick Dore, Sarah “Bogi” Lateiner, Ralph Holguin, and Mike Brewer and Ant Anstead from the international TV series Wheeler Dealers, who are known as the world’s most well-known car experts.
